Steel Work/Cladding

• We have the ablily to transform an old tired building into a modern functional facility
• PSL outfit from a single steel door to a competed project.
• We can lift the roof and extend the build of existing facilities to make more space.
• PSL install a new high bay warehouse to the front of many buildings to create a better signing area and more lettable space.
• We also provide canopies which allow all weather loading/unloading of customer goods.
• PSL have a division which specialise in producing custom structural curtain walling and all doors and windows to suit.
• We can deal with all aspects of cladding - including composite panel or built up systems which are ideal when regenerating the development of storage centres. This is because the front of any storage centre is key.

Steel work

• All of our steel works are carried out by professional fabricators with many years experience.
• Steel work is all certified by structural engineers on completion.
• Staircases, canopies, PTI gates, fencing and steel work for signage are just a small taste of our fabrication skills.
• We have raised roofs to get a extra floor in and put up new buildings.
• Over cladding or new composite panel is also a major part of our services range.

By handling your order completely in-house from start to finish, we ensure that not a single detail is missed or a single corner cut in providing you with the correct solution.

After you've told us what you require, we can advise you on the best materials, finishes and methods to achieve your aim. If we think you would benefit from doing something differently we will offer you the choice, whilst remembering that the customer often knows their business best.

Once the site survey has been carried out by our surveyor and the details of the order confirmed, our design team utilise the latest computer-aided design systems to draw up your plans with incredible accuracy and detail. The plan is checked to ensure that all building and safety regulations have been followed.

The plan is then presented to you and any queries you may have are answered and any alterations that are required can be submitted for consideration. We see this stage as a vital part of the process, as it guarantees that the client will get exactly what they require.

Once the design is finalised, all parts required are ordered and collected together for a quality check before despatch to your site. Although we have links with all the major quality suppliers in the storage industry - and therefore a major resource in obtaining the right parts for the job - there are always certain parts that require a custom built solution. It is at this stage that our construction team fabricate (in-house) any items which are not ready available, using the highest quality materials to ensure that quality is ensured.

Whilst the component parts of the order are being assembled, our installation team will lay down any mezzanine floors required and prepare the site for final installation, so that once all the items are on - site there is minimal delay in getting the job completed and ready to use.

After the manufacturing stage comes the final installation. This is carried out at your site by our team of installers and builders. Working together with our planners and designers, they are the people responsible for the project becoming reality.
Each member of our team is highly-skilled and dedicated to ensuring that the quality of your installation-no matter how small or how large- is always paramount and that any problems are bought to our attention immediately, thus guaranteeing satisfied customers.

We ensure that when installing a solution in an existing production environment the workers and existing staff in that area are treated with maximum regard for their safety at all times, so you can be assured that when we work alongside you, production will carry on as normal.

Once final installation is completed our surveyors will check that your order has been fulfilled to your satisfaction and that any problems have been overcome. We are always happy to listen to customers and any comments you may have are always welcome.

PSL mezzanines are designed with state of the art C.A.D. technology by qualified structural engineers and meet all current British Standards and Local Authority approval.

Purpose built workshops to handle all fabrication 'in-house' ensuring hands-on control throughout.

We have our own professional erection teams to install the mezzanines on location. All are prefabricated providing a fast and efficient installation.
